How do you assemble the bike?
The cruiser bikes comes 85% assembled. The seat, front wheel, pedals, stem, and handle bars are the only pieces that need to be attached onto the bike and tightened down. We recommend bringing your bike to a professional for assembly, but instructions are included for do-it-youselfer's. The commuters involve a little more work on gear and brake adjustments.
Where can I bring my bike to be assembled for me?
Contact your local bicycle shop to schedule an appointment for them to build your bike. Most stores will gladly assemble your bike for you. The average cost is $10-$25 dollars.
How do I know if the bike will fit me?
The 26" inch cruiser bikes are designed to comfortably fit persons ranging from 5' to 6'6", regardless of the frame type. The commuter bikes come in a variety of sizes. Please contact us at 802-238-5498 or email info@collegiatebikes.com for sizing questions on these bikes.
I don't see my school, can you make a bike for us?
We can! Contact us to request your school, and ask how you can get a free bike!
Do you have bulk discounts for chapters, teams, clubs, and programs?
We certianly do. Contact us with details and we will work with you!
Do I have to pay tax? California residents must pay our 7.75% sales tax, if you live in any other state no.
What kind of warranty do CBC bikes come have? All of our bikes have a lifetime frame warranty against manufacturers defects. If you have any problems let us know and we will take care of you!
What if I get it my bike, and it was not what I thought it was? Give us a call and we will give you a return authorization number. You ship it back, and we give you a refund...Simple! (Web Orders Only)
